If a customer rejects an order when it is being delivered, the shipment is returned back to Printrove and the merchant is charged a Reverse Shipping Fee.

The product is then added to the inventory list of the merchant and is available for reshipment for 30 days.

After 30 days, all the returned products and packed and shipped directly to the merchant's address.

You can view all the returned shipments by clicking on Orders in the menu and then Manage Returns
